Faster Butterfly Packages

The Better Butterfly Package is a set of eight progressive swim practices that get you swimming faster in races.

Each practice introduces a set of drills and swims focused on one feature in an efficient and powerful backstroke technique created for high school, club and Masters swimmers.

This package is printed on durable waterproof material, making it easy to follow at the pool or
in the water.

A QR code printed on each practice links to drills on YouTube organized progressively to develop a winning butterfly.
