Faster Freestyle Package

The Faster Freestyle Package is a set of eight skills-based swim practices that get you swimming faster in races.

Each practice introduces a set of drills and swims focused on creating a more efficient and powerful stroke tailored for high school, club and Masters swimmers.

Durable, waterproof cards makes it easy to use at the pool. Use them more than once, or pass on to a friend or swim buddy.

A QR code printed on each Better Freestyle Package practice links to video drills organized progressively to develop a faster freestyle. Ideal for sprints, middle distance and long distance events.
